Brief
Based in Raleigh, NC, this gaming server provider was in need of assistance to expand their business and enhance their online server purchasing process. As the lead consultant and project manager, I led the charge in defining their brand and managing the entire process of designing, building, launching, and maintaining their new website.

UX and Analytics
After the successful launch, I continuously monitored and improved the website's performance and user experience. Utilizing Hotjar and Google analytics I was able to identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to further enhance the website.

After successfully managing the new website for a year, I led an ambitious redesign project. By incorporating valuable data and emphasizing popular game servers and captivating community elements, we saw remarkable improvements in performance and sales.
