Brief
ImagineOptix was seeking investor funding and ideally merger or acquisition, but their brand, website, and marketing materials were outdated. With highly scientific technology it was a challenge to showcase the capabilities, specifically in consumer markets.

Strategy
I led workshops to better understand the company, their goals, and the complex technology. The primary deliverable was a new brand package and website, but I came up with the idea to design and build a 3D model for an AR glasses prototype. My proposal solved several major problems: make the brand appear more modern, highlight the technology, showcase consumer applications, and attract potential investors/buyers.
3D Prototype
With experience in 3D modeling I drafted a rough concept and a general storyboard to show the client my idea and get buy-in.

Website Redesign
I utilized the 3D model to make the homepage hero instantly draw visitors’ attention and with the Sketchfab embed the hero was also interactive and highly engaging.

Custom Icons
Since ImagineOptix had highly specialized technology there wasn’t any existing iconography available that would work so I created a new custom set.
